Consultation on the proposal for Guidelines on the removal of impediments to resolvability - IRRD

This Consultation Paper relates to the alternative measures included in the Directive that resolution authorities may take to address or remove impediments to the resolvability of the insurance or reinsurance undertakings or groups in scope. 

EIOPA invites stakeholders to provide their feedback on the Consultation Paper by responding to the questions via the online survey no later than 31 July 2025. All responses will be published on EIOPA’s website unless otherwise requested.
