Consultation on the proposal for RTSs on the content of (group) pre-emptive recovery plans - IRRD

This Consultation Paper presents draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) that further specify the minimum elements that have to be included in the pre-emptive recovery plan of (re)insurers subject to pre-emptive recovery planning requirements.

EIOPA invites stakeholders to provide their feedback on the Consultation Paper by responding to the questions via the online survey no later than 31 July 2025. All responses will be published on EIOPA’s website unless otherwise requested.
