Consultation on the proposal for RTSs on criteria for pre-emptive recovery planning requirements and methods to be used when determining the market shares - IRRD

This Consultation Paper concerns specific criteria for selecting which (re)insurers should be required to prepare pre-emptive recovery plans and details the methods for calculating the market share of undertakings subject to these requirements, ensuring that at least 60% of the respective market is covered.

EIOPA invites stakeholders to provide their feedback on the Consultation Paper by responding to the questions via the online survey no later than 31 July 2025. All responses will be published on EIOPA’s website unless otherwise requested.
